⚙️Information Synchronization

Support partners in managing transactions of agencies/stores/points of sale more easily.

Purpose

The synchronization of information between entities in the distribution network is extremely important. The main purposes of this include:

Master Merchant	Manage connections and monitor the performance of the distribution network.
Merchant	Use the service to create static VietQR codes for affiliated stores/points of sale. Receive sales reports and manage transactions by each store/point of sale code.

The synchronization of information between stores/points of sale and the Merchant is essential to ensure the effective operation of these utilities.

Implementation Process

For Master Merchants:

• Partners use the API Sync MID(s) to synchronize information of affiliated merchants.

For Merchants:

• Partners use the API Get MID(s) to retrieve their merchant information.

• Partners pass the MID parameter to the API Get TID(s) to retrieve a list of information about the synchronized stores/points of sale.

• Partners use the API Sync TID(s) to synchronize information of affiliated stores/points of sale.

• Partners use the terminalCode value to call the API Generate VietQR Code to create the VietQR code and mark the transaction.

In case Merchants do not wish to use static VietQR codes and manage on the VietQR system, this step can be skipped.
